Business in General
Being in the horticulture industry, we’re particularly aware of how many plastic pots go out our doors each year. This year, we’re excited to have every quart-sized Proven Winners® plant in a fully compostable Eco+ Quart® pot.
These pots have been “in the works” for a several years and we’re excited to finally be using them with our Proven Winners® 1qt annuals. They’re made from starches derived from corn and sugar beets.
They can be composted at any commercial site (where the temperature will get to 150˚) including our yard waste site.
