Enriched Topsoil:  Natural topsoil has been pulverized for easy spreading and enriched with compost.  Topsoils are not weed free.  Available in bulk or in 40 lb.bags.

Summer Field Compost:  Made up of composted yard waste.  This product is excellent for top-dressing grass seed because it not only holds moisture, it keeps the seed in place even on slopes and is weed free.  It has a much more wholesome odor than some other brands.  And of course, Summerhill compost is excellent for amending all garden soils for planting.

Summerfield Organic Soil Conditioner:  Made of 75% pine bark and 25% compost plus trace minerals.  This product was created to use in planting nursery stock.  It helps to loosen the clay soil prevalent in this area and ads in the percolation of moisture by adding air space to the soil.

Summerfield Professional Potting Mix:  Made of 75% pine bark and 25% compost plus trace minerals.  Great for planting annuals and perennials in pots or mixing with garden soil in beds.  (Suburban's growing range in Gardner, Kansas uses this product in its growing greenhouses.)

Pine Bark Soil Conditioner:  Small chips of pine bark.  Excellent for amending soil (adds needed air space), planting, or mulching.  This product is especially good for mulching perennial beds.

Fertilome Potting Mix:  Made of peat moss and charcoal.  Good general potting mix  for annuals, perennials and tropicals.

Cotton Burr Compost:  Made of composted cotton burr.  There has been a great demand for this product which is good for amending all garden soils.  Can be used to plant nursery stock.

Sphagnum Peat:  Natural product harvested from Canadian peat fields.  This product can be used when planting nursery stock, but surface tends to wick moisture away from deeper soil.  This product needs to absorb moisture before you use it, making it less convenient to work with.

Composted Cow Manure:  Contains over 50% cow manure along with compost.  Good for soil amendment and planting.
