Just bring back the dead plant along with the original itemized sales slip within the guarantee period to the customer service counter at either of our locations. We will give you a store credit for the full amount you originally paid. (If your plant was planted by Suburban, credit will be given for the planted price.) Delivery charges will not be credited. No cash refunds will be given. The exact variety or size of plant you originally purchased may not always be available. Price of plants can vary. This is a one time credit. No further credit will be given if your plant dies again. Two Year Guarantee: There is a full two year guarantee on most shrubs and trees we sell.
